Babysitters.Sg provides this site and services
under the terms and conditions below. By using the services offered by
Babysitters.Sg you are stating that you have read and understood the Terms
and agree to be bound by them.
1. You acknowledge
that Babysitters and Nannies (Sitters) are not employees of
Babysitters.Sg. They are independent contractors and shall be responsible
for their own actions while working with you.
2. Babysitters.Sg conducts our own interview and
screening processes (be it telephone or face to face) on Sitters but does not
provide warranty on the characters of Sitters put forward for the next level of
interview with the client. It is the responsibility of the client to
screen, approve and accept the suitability of the Sitters.
3. In
interviewing and finalizing the engagement of any Sitter, you agree to release
Babysitters.Sg from claims, demands and damages arising directly or indirectly
through the actions of the Sitter.
